Injectable Fillers

Injectable Fillers

Dermal fillers are a synthetic substance injected to support an area of volume loss, which is a space that needs filling. There are two types of filler: Reversible and Non- Reversible. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers are the only REVERSIBLE fillers on the market. HA brand names are Juvederm, Restylane, Belotero, Versa. Dermal fillers are used to hydrate the skin, structurally support a fold in an area of animation, and lift to restore natural contours of the face.

Hyaluronic Acid (HA) – is a clear substance that is a synthetic form of a naturally occurring polysaccharide (carbohydrate/sugar molecule) in the body. HA pulls water in toward itself, thus causing a plumping and volumizing effect. Different products are designed for other areas of the face.

Our skin’s naturally occurring hyaluronic acid is injected into creases and caverns for a smoother look that reduces aging by filling them up. After using dermal fillers to add volume, plump, and hydrate their skin, our customers at The Sandbar Beauty Company experience fantastic outcomes.

Injectable Fillers FAQs

Injected dermal fillers are injectable products containing collagen, hyaluronic acid, or calcium hydroxyapatite and help rejuvenate facial skin by reducing or removing wrinkles, raising scar depressions, and enhancing lips while replacing soft-tissue volume loss through injections.

The filler is injected into specific muscles in your face using a tiny needle during the procedure. The filler injection is quick and painless, with a minimal recovery period.

You may have some bruises afterward, but they will soon disappear. You’ll see wrinkles begin to vanish in 24 hours after the therapy, with more changes taking place gradually over the next five days!

You should notice immediate changes, with mild swelling for a few days after your filler treatment. The last outcomes will become more apparent over the following few days. Within a week to two weeks, you should be fully recovered.

There may be a little discomfort as the filler is administered into the face, but we can minimize any discomfort by applying an anesthetic cream before treatment.

Recovery time for each patient varies based on the type and amount of filler used. After filler injections, it is recommended that you avoid extensive physical activity to minimize swelling and bruising for the first 24-48 hours.
